About Coaching
A contemplative approach focuses on you.
I help clients see their conflict patterns, express themselves during conflicts with others, and listen deeply to others in the conflict. We do this through guided meditation, embodiment practices, imaging, journaling, or drawing.
Coaching sessions are offered online only, through Zoom, Facetime, or WhatsApp.

How long is a coaching engagement?
It depends on what feels right for you. Single sessions can be booked on an as needed basis, and I don't ask for a minimum commitment.
